Our company's roots go back to 1957. A small ironworks shop founded by four brothers of the Fatigati family was fabricating stairs,  balconies and ornamental work. Over the years we grew into the flat rolled sector. Today in the family's second generation we consist of three sister companies: Metalform Inc. specializes in metal fabrication, shearing and bending. Coilex Inc. specializes in coil precision, levelling and cut-to-length. Fati Steel Inc. specializes in slitting and edging. We are planning ahead for further growth and development and constantly adapting our capabilities in order to move toward excellence in quality and service.
